RETURN POLICY

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon receiving and email us at info@doxologybeauty.com within 3 days of receiving if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns due to sanitation reasons. All sales are final.


Refunds:
No refunds or exchanges are allowed for our products unless we sent the wrong item. Once the item leaves our warehouse, we cannot take responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged items by shipping carrier. Once scanned in by the shipping company, we can no longer be responsible for any items.
