In the event that you need to cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, your non-refundable retainer will be forfeit, and will not apply towards a future appointment. If the Makeup Artist cancels at any time or is unable to perform artist's duties for any reason, Your retainer will be fully refunded within 7 business days.
